📦 Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong item ordered, or buyer’s remorse.
However, under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we are happy to offer replacements or refunds for the following:
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Wrong item received
- Missing items from your order
- Defective or non-functioning products
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
📸 What We Need From You

- A clear photo or video showing the issue (e.g., damage or wrong item)
- A short description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will respond within 1–3 business days.
💰 Refunds (If Applicable)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
🔁 Replacements (If Applicable)
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll process and ship a new item at no extra cost—just let us know in your email.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety, certain items are non-returnable, such as:

📦 Order Not Arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 40 days of purchase, please reach out. We’ll investigate with our logistics partners and offer a full refund or reshipment if the package is lost in transit.

- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We cannot process claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we’re not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
